Principle 10 - Take action

Dream work can be empowering. It can also be confusing, challenging, and consuming. Take it at a pace that works for you. Allow your insights time to take root. Give your choices time to become new habits. In other words, put into practice principle number ten; take action on what you learn.

We can become obsessed with analysis. We can take pride in reflection, but never take action to bring about change. We can pretend that simply paying attention to our dreams leads toward health and wholeness. But you are the only one who can take action to implement the change that leads to greater health. Let your actions give dreams the opportunity to lead you to a better tomorrow.
