Principal 1 - (not all sleep is equal)

Not all sleep is created equal. Most of our deep sleep is pushed toward the earlier portions of our sleep span. Dreaming dominates the latter portion of our sleep span. So, if we cut our sleep time short, we are cutting out significant dream time. Therefore, the first principle of Dream Work is to protect your sleep so that you can protect your dream time.
