We must be intentional about paying attention to our dreams. Many view them simply as evolutionary artifacts, an irrelevant consequence of random brain activity, something to be dismissed, like white noise. Science, psychology and spiritual studies tell us something very different. Dreams work nightly for our health and emotional well-being. They are worthy of our attention.
